What is this program
This program is directly designed and supervised by David Chen, Ph. D. in Exercise Science. This program is the combination of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modification. This approach is the safest and healthiest way to loss excess weight and keep it off for a lifetime. In this program participants will learn fundamental health knowledge regarding body weight, how to eat healthy, how to correct bad habits, and how to do certain exercises that are critical in helping reach weight management goals. All exercises are designed on individual bases with full consideration of participants' medical condition, fitness level and other special needs
