Who designed this exercise and why?
This set of Tai Chi forms was designed by a China’s national martial art committee as one of the projects of the national fitness movement. It focuses on popularizing Tai Chi practicing among the general public to promote health and fitness with low or no cost. This set of 24 forms is the second half of the 48 forms based on combination of Yang, Chen, Sun and Wu styles. It is especially for people who have comfortably practiced 24 Simplified Forms I, II and III to continue to move up. It provides proper physical challenges and more health and fitness benefits.

What is special in this video?
This video is demonstrated by Dr. Chen. Each complete set or individual form is presented in anterior view and posterior view. The individual forms are repeated three times to help learner better understand and master the movements. The DVD version also has a menu system so learner has the freedom to choose the individual portions.
